14. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
14.1 General Information
Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
14.2 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

14.3 Effect
By booking a tour or service with a fixed date via our platform, you acknowledge that:

No statutory right of withdrawal applies

Cancellation is only possible under the specific cancellation terms of the respective service
14.4 Voluntary Cancellation Policy
Where applicable, cancellation options may be offered voluntarily by the respective Service Provider.
Such policies will be clearly stated during the booking process and are binding.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, processed, and used when you use the Pomegranated platform, a marketplace for tours, activities, and experience-based services offered by independent providers.
